Maybe I got unlucky, as others have posted favourable reviews, but the shoulder I received was dry and hard. There was no distinctive nutty flavour or melt in the mouth texture. It was also very difficult to carve. Definitely did not live upto my expectations.. I won't be re-ordering this shoulder.

Tal vez tuvo mala suerte, como otros han publicado comentarios favorables, pero el hombro que recibí fue seco y duro. No hubo sabor de nuez distintivo o derretir en la boca textura. También era muy difícil de tallar. Definitivamente no vivió hasta mis expectativas .. No voy a ser re-ordenar este hombro.
