Bearing in mind that these 2 items came free with my Jamon i was not expecting much but upon taking delivery i was in for a suprise. The ham holder was of a better quality than previous ones which i have received free along with purchases from other companies and of ample size for my 7.5kg Jamon. The carving knife was by far the sharpest one which i have received and once you manage to get through the initial layer of hard fat it slices wafer thin slices with ease. Just be careful of those fingers!
Teniendo en cuenta que estos 2 artículos quedaron libres con mi Jamon i no esperaba mucho pero al recibir la entrega que me esperaba una sorpresa. El titular de jamón era de mejor calidad que los anteriores que he recibido forma gratuita junto con las compras de otras compañías y de amplio tamaño para mi 7.5kg Jamon. El cuchillo era de lejos el más agudo que he recibido y una vez que te las arreglas para conseguir a través de la capa inicial de grasa dura que corta rebanadas finas de obleas con facilidad. Sólo ten cuidado con esos dedos!
This is the forth Jamon that i have purchased and is definately the best one i have had so far. The meat is succulent and tasty with a good flavour. Delivery was speedy and communication throughout the process was excellent. I would definately recommend Ibergour and this product for anyone who is thinking of purchasing a jamon.
Este es el cuarto Jamon que he comprado y es sin duda el mejor que he tenido hasta ahora. La carne es suculenta y sabrosa con un buen sabor. La entrega fue rápida y la comunicación en todo el proceso fue excelente. Sin duda lo recomendaría y IberGour este producto para cualquier persona que esté pensando en comprar un jamon.
