Well marbled and the flavour has a sweetness to it which I really like. Service and delivery was excellent as always.

As good as any other ham I have bought at higher prices. Nothing to complain about. Whilst I didn't weigh the leg it looked bigger than I expected as well which is good.
Tan bueno como cualquier otro jamón que he comprado a precios más altos. Nada de que quejarse. Si bien no me pesa la pierna que parecía más grande de lo que esperaba, así que es bueno.
Title says it all really. I like Spanish olive oils in general as I find them more delicate, this one is particularly good and organic as well.
El título lo dice todo realmente. Me gustan los aceites de oliva españoles en general como los encuentro más delicado, éste es particularmente bueno y orgánico también.
Excellent holder, I was concerned there might be some movement as there's no spike at the end to hold the ham. However, it's not necessary as the rotary holder is so sturdy and grips tightly. No complaints at all.
Excelente soporte jamonero, me preocupaba que podría haber algo de movimiento ya que no hay pico en el extremo para sujetar el jamón. Sin embargo, no es necesario que el titular de rotación es tan robusto y agarra firmemente. No tengo ninguna queja.
This was my first purchase of both ready sliced ham and the D.O. Guijuelo Bellota ham.
The good: The flavour of the ham is good, it's got the right balance of sweet and salty, really good marbling and a nice flavour to the fat. I'd certainly buy this D.O. Guijuelo again.
The bad: I felt the ham would have been much better hand sliced. It was too thin and even and affected the overall texture. I also had a problem in that they were delivered to England during our short but powerful summer, unfortunately all of the fat melted and has affected the overall quality a bit. It's still nice, but would have been nicer.
Service as always was good.
In short, I recommend the ham but would suggest going for a whole ham.
Esta fue mi primera compra de dos lonchas de jamón listo y la DO Guijuelo Bellota jamón. Lo bueno: El sabor del jamón es bueno, tiene el equilibrio perfecto entre dulce y salado, muy buen marmoleo y un buen sabor a la grasa. Sin duda me compro esta DO Guijuelo nuevo. Lo malo: me sentí el jamón habría sido mucho mejor la mano cortada. Era demasiado delgada y uniforme y afectó la textura general. También tuve un problema en el que se entregaron a Inglaterra durante el verano corto pero de gran alcance, por desgracia toda la grasa derretida y ha afectado a la calidad en general un poco. Es todavía muy bien, pero habría sido mejor. El servicio como siempre fue buena. En resumen, recomiendo el jamón, pero sugeriría ir a un jamón entero.
